Hizmetli Kartı / Card for Employees

Değerli Site Sakinleri,
Sitemizdeki güvenlik önlemlerinin iyileştirilmesi kapsamında yönetim kurulumuzun almış olduğu karar neticesinde villa çalışanları için “Pelican Hill Hizmetli Kartı” uygulaması 10.10.2019 tarihi itibari ile hayata geçirilecektir. Bu tarihten sonra kartı olmayan çalışanın siteye girişine ve servis aracını kullanmasına izin verilmeyecektir. Kart en fazla 1 yıl süre ile veyahut site sakininin talebi ile 1 yıldan az belirli bir süre ile de verilebilecektir. Süresi dolan kartlar için yine aşağıdaki belgelerle yeni bir başvuru yapılması gerekmektedir. Kartın alınması için aşağıda yazılı evraklarla birlikte 10.10.2019 tarihine kadar site yönetimine müracaat edilmesi rica olunur.
– SSK işe giriş belgesi veyahut ekli taahhütname,
– Kimlik kopyası (TC Kimlik Kartı veyahut Ehliyet. Yabancılar için Pasaport kopyası veya İkamet Kartı veya Çalışma İzni Kartı)
– 1 adet fotoğraf

Dear Pelican Hill Residents,
Due to security precautions, it is decided by the Pelican Hill management board that, all the workers at villas including nannies, cleaners, servants and others will need to get a “Pelican Hill Service Card” by the date 10.10.2019. Any of these workers not having the card will not be let in from the main gate and will not be able to use the shuttle service after this date. Card validity time will be for maximum 1 year or less than 1 year with a certain time with the request of the residents. Expired cards can be renewed with same conditions. We kindly request from the residents to fulfill the card requirements until 10.10.2019 with below documents.
– Social cecurity registration or the signed attached statement,
– Id copy (Turkish ID Card or driver’s license. Passport Copy or Residence Card or Work Permit Card for foreigners)
– 1 passport size photo
